Half cup chilled whipped cream
2 tbspmilk powder
2 tbspmango puree
1 tspmango essence
1 pinchyellow food colour
2 tbspchopped mango (tiny cut)
1 tbsptooti-frooti (optional)

In a bowl, add whipped cream and beat it with the help of electric beater until soft peak. Now into it add mango puree & milk powder & beat it again for a min.

Now into it add mango essence & a pinch of yellow food color now give it a good mix with the help of a spatula.

Now finally add some chopped mangoes and tooti-frooti and mix it once. Now transfer it into a box and sprinkle some more chopped mango & tooti-frooti. Refrigerate it overnight.
