Ingredients

10 mins
4-6 people
  • 250 grmsBoiled soya granules or soya chunks
  • 2medium size potatoes boiled
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2-3 spoonsFor binding cornflour
  • 1/2 pinchTurmeric
  • 1 spoonCoriander powder
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 spoonJeera powder
  • 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  • as per needOil for shallow frying

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Take 2 spoons oil in kadai or pan add onion green chillies chopped saute for one minute now add ginger garlic paste saute for 2-3 mins

  2. 2

    Now add turmeric,Coriander and red chilli powder and Salt

  3. 3

    Mix it well and keep this mixture to cold place for ten mins

  4. 4

    Add cornflour boiled potatoes and mix well

  5. 5

    Roll it like kabab shapes and fry it on nonstick pan and enjoy with chutney or tomatos ketchep
