Steps

Take 2 spoons oil in kadai or pan add onion green chillies chopped saute for one minute now add ginger garlic paste saute for 2-3 mins

Now add turmeric,Coriander and red chilli powder and Salt

Mix it well and keep this mixture to cold place for ten mins

Add cornflour boiled potatoes and mix well
- 5
Roll it like kabab shapes and fry it on nonstick pan and enjoy with chutney or tomatos ketchep
