1cucumber grated
1 cupthick yogurt
1/2 tsplemon juice
1 tspolive oil
1 clovegarlic
Salt to taste
1 tspchopped mint

Peel and grate cucumber.place it on clean kutchen towel and squeeze out water.

In a bowl mix all together except oil.adjust seasonings according to taste.
