Clean well and cut all veggies

Throw veggies except from peas in pot on medium high heat with 3 TS of olive oil, mix well for 10 min. Then add stock cube mixed with water and fill up to cover veggies with boiled water, cover with lid and cook for 30 min

After 30 min, add lemon juice, peas and fresh dill and cook for 15 min.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Food is ready, now it’s time to enjoy!
