For biscuits mix cream and powdered sugar well. Add baking soda and salt to it and the wheat flour. Mix well and form the dough out of it. Let the dough rest for half an hour.

Next for making cream, mix powdered sugar, butter, and mango puree. Keep stirring them with a spoon for 2 minutes to form a cream.

Now for jam, heat mango puree and sugar in a nonstick pan till it gets thicken.

Now to bake the biscuits, make balls of the dough and give them the preferred shape. I have kept them thick in the image but I suggest you make them thinner. Bake them at 180℃ for 8 minutes and then on 150℃ for 4-5 more minutes. Let them cool down.

Now apply the cream on one biscuit and apply another biscuit on it. Apply jam on top and enjoy the biscuits.
