I needed a easy and fast go to for a sweet dessert, so I came up with these Muffins that are fast and delicious! Instant pancake batter can save you time and these Muffins are great with a cup of coffee to start your day off right.

I needed a easy and fast go to for a sweet dessert, so I came up with these Muffins that are fast and delicious! Instant pancake batter can save you time and these Muffins are great with a cup of coffee to start your day off right.

In a mixing bowl, add eggs and whisk. Add butter, raisins (or walnuts,) sugar, pancake batter, vanilla and cinnomon. Gradually add the milk and stir until batter is smooth but not to thick or thin.

Preheat oven to 350° and put a thin layer of grease or vegetable oil spray in your Muffin pan.

Poor your batter almost to the top of each Muffin cup, it will rise significantly during cooking.

Bake at 350° for fifteen to twenty minutes or golden brown. Remove and let cool.

Add Glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve
