Creamy Avocado Natto Pasta

I thought of this recipe because I wanted to make a pasta not just fancy and delicious, but also healthy.
I recommend topping with bonito flakes and nori for an even tastier dish. 1 avocado should be enough, but it will be creamier and richer if you add more. Recipe by Imachizuki

Steps

Add salt to the boiling water as the package instructions specifies and cook the pasta.

Dice the avocado.
- 3
In a large bowl, mix the seasonings, add 2/3 of the avocado and roughly mash them up. Add the sauce that came with the natto.

When the pasta is cooked, drain well in a colander, add to the bowl from Step 3 and mix well. Serve on a plate and top with the remaining avocado from Step 2 and the pasta is done!
