  • 1 lbGround Beef
  • 1/2 mediumOnion
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 packagesBaby Bella Mushrooms (8oz)
  • 1 tspWorcestershire
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1 dashKosher Salt
  • 1 dashPepper
  • Sauce Pan
  • 1 boxShells and White Cheddar Pasta Roni
  • 2nd Sauce Pan
  • 1 packagesBrown Gravy mix
  • 3/4 cupcold water
  • End
  • 1/3 cupCream Cheese
  • 1/2 cupParmesan Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In skillet on med heat; melt butter and olive oil. Cook diced onion for 3 minutes then add garlic. Add ground beef. Once beef is mostly cooked, add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender then turn heat to low.

  2. 2

    In sauce pan; make bored pasta according to directions.

  3. 3

    In 2nd sauce pan; whisk together 3/4 cup cold water and packet of brown gravy mix.

  4. 4

    Add both sauce pans to skillet.

  5. 5

    Stir in cream cheese and parmesan until creamy and melted completed.
