In a bowl, beat an egg and add salt and red chilli powder.

Add the coriander mix and mix well.

In a pan take some oil and add the egg mixture and cook on one side.

Now flip the omelette to cook the other side. Add cheese on one side on top.

Fold the other side from top to secure the cheese filling inside.

Cheese omelette is ready to serve.
