Cooking Instructions

Wash the Moong Dal Throughly & soaked it for around 2-3 hours Once Done Drain the excess water. Transfer it in a grinding jar & make a semi coarse paste without using water.Once done transfer it in a bowl & add salt to it. With help of hand mix it in one direction for few seconds.

Now Add chillies, finely chopped ginger, coriander leaves & crushed black pepper. Make Sure to use crush black pepper as this is a game changer as it will uplift the taste of pakoda.

After adding all the ingredients mix everything nicely. Now set oil for frying on medium heat. Now pour small small portion of batter into the oil. Don't over crowd the pan. Fry the pakoda on medium heat till they turn crisp & golden brown in colour. Once done transfer them on an absorbent paper..Serve hot with preferred choice of chutney..
