I made this tonight with the caprese salad, this was dinner after grilling for the family all day
Cooking Instructions

First you need to make your dough everybody makes their Dow different so if you want my recipe you’re gonna have to check out the attachment I have to put that up there otherwise you can just buy some good pizza dough at the store and work it out real thin try to get her a Tangler shaped if you can

Once the dough is the desired thickness and shape I try to keep it symmetrical because I like to do 2“ x 2“ raviolis do you want to section out your squares after you cut your sheet and in half

Place a dollop of ricotta in the center of each 2 x 2 square then cover it with the other half of the dough cut vertically and horizontally next Crimp the edges of each ravioli with a fork

Now for the pasta sauce once again I make my own if you make your own sweet! so my pasta sauce will already be done that usually takes up a pretty good chunk of time along with doing the Dough that takes a lot of work to

So simply put at this point you should have finished raviolis in boiling water and warm pasta sauce next grab a dish with a nice bottom strain your raviolis do not rinse them reply them in the pan put them right into the dish top with warm Sunday sauce then give it a nice sprinkle of dried oregano and topped with some basil

My eyes lit up when I found this pasta machine in the store one day. Then I started thinking about making ravioli. I kept my eyes open for a ravioli cutter, but couldn’t find one. I found a “Ravioli Plate”. I want to stress that this is one of those items that you’ve got to spend the money on. I found that out after the fact. I was able to make reasonable looking ravioli, but I was left with a lot of extra filling. I ended up putting the leftover filling into the sauce. I feel like the ravioli cutter would be better because then you’re not bound by the size of the cavity in the plate. I was very upset that I couldn’t make larger, more packed ones. Nonetheless, I carried on. Live and learn. Fair warning: it’s kind of a pain in the behind to make this... but you’ll have the everlasting privilege of being able to say you made homemade ravioli.
