Ingredients

  1. 1 PackAndouille Chicken Sausage, cut into one inch pieces
  2. 2 Tablespoonsplus 1 teaspoon Cajun Spice Blend, divided
  3. 1 TablespoonVegetable Oil
  4. 8 OuncesBell Peppers (red, yellow, green or a combination), cut into 1/4 inch strips
  5. 1/2Medium Red Onion, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  6. 6 Ouncesmedium Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  7. 2 ClovesgGarlic, minced
  8. 1 TeaspoonSalt
  9. 1/4 TeaspoonBlack pepper
  10. 1 1/2 PoundsPlum Tomatoes (about 6), cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  11. 1 CupChicken Broth
  12. 1 PackageLinguini (16 ounces), Cooked until Al dente
  13. Chopped Parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Combine chicken and 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning in medium bowl; toss to coat. Oil and large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes.

    Add bell peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic, remaining 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper; cook and stir 1minute

    Star and tomatoes in Broth; bring boil. Reduce heat to medium low cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and a pig serve over pasta; sprinkle with parsley.
