Easy Chicken Tenders and Cream Spaghetti

I decided to try combining chicken tenders with an easy and rich cream sauce. The chicken tender recipe I referred to is great on pasta, or in salads. I hope you will try it out in many ways.

Dissolve the flour and butter together thoroughly together while cooking, but be careful not to let the sauce burn.
The soup stock cube seasons the sauce just perfectly, and add richness to the dish. However, you can add seasoning to the sauce as you like.
The flavour of the sauce will become diluted when you add in the pasta, so be sure to season it on the strong side. Recipe by classy

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1serving Spaghetti
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1Chicken tenders (shredded)
  4. 200 mlMilk
  5. 10 gramsButter or margarine
  6. 1 tbspWhite flour
  7. 1cube Soup stock cube
  8. 1Pepper
  9. 1Parsley (finely chopped)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prep the chicken tenders according to the recipe below. It should take about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Prepare a lot of water to boil the pasta. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.

  3. 3

While the pasta is boiling... Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add flour and dissolve it thoroughly in the butter.

  4. 4

Add the soup stock cube and milk to the roux created in Step 3. (Stir the soup stock cube as it dissolves to prevent lumps from forming).

  5. 5

When the soup stock is dissolved, and the sauce has thickened, add the chicken tenders.

  6. 6

When the spaghetti has boiled, remove from the boiling water and place it directly into the pan. (By adding it directly to the pan, you will also add in a little of the boiling water.)

  7. 7

When the pasta and sauce are thoroughly mixed, the recipe is done.

  8. 8

Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with the chopped parsley for a nice touch.
