Mix all ingredients then last add eno & baking powder..mix it then pour in greased khaman pot immediately for 20 minutes.

Lemon juice, water n sugar Mix in one bowl..cut 1-2 green chilies on top of khaman.

Then take 3-4 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds.

Let it cook for while then switch of the stove n adds water mixture n cover then pour over the khaman..

Garnish with coriander & coconut.
