Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cupspancake mix (about 200 grams)
  • 3 tablespoonsfresh okara (soy pulp)
  • 2 tablespoonskinako (roasted soybean flour)
  • 1 cupmilk (about 220 ml)
  • 3 piecesogura yokan (sweet red bean jelly)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the pancake mix, okara, and kinako together. Add the milk and the yokan cut into small pieces, and gently combine without kneading.

  2. 2

    Cover a nonstick skillet with a lid and cook the pancakes over low heat until golden on both sides.

  3. 3

    Serve hot and enjoy!
