2 tspinstant coffee powder
5-6 tbspsugar (adjust as you like)
200 mlwhipping cream
1 packetOreo biscuit
as required Chocolate shaving for garnish

In a mixing bowl, add cream and whip. Add coffee powder and whip again. Whip till you get soft peaks. Then in a grinder, grind Oreo biscuits and sugar. Keep few biscuits to be broken coarsely. Now put this powder (Oreo and sugar) into the whipped cream.

Mix all well. Now put the coarsely broken Oreo biscuits into it and again mix all well.

Now take a BPA-free plastic airtight container. Pour the ice cream mixture there. Cover with aluminum foil so that it doesn't form ice crystals.

Cover the lid tightly. Keep this in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours.

Ice cream is ready... take an ice cream scooper, scoop out the ice cream, garnish with chocolate shavings, and Serve immediately..
