Ingredients

4 persons
  • For schewan fried rice
  • 2 cupscooked basmati rice
  • 1 tbspoil
  • As neededFew cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbspgrated ginger
  • 2fresh green chillies
  • 1sliced onion
  • Small pieces of vegetables
  • as needed(cabbage, carrot, capsicum, beans)
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspSchezwan paste
  • 1 cupcooked schewan noodles
  • For making noodles
  • 1 tbspoil
  • clovesFew Chopped garlic
  • 1green chilli
  • as required Vegetables (onion, green chillies, cabbage, capsicum)
  • as per taste Salt to taste
  • 1 tspall-purpose seasoning
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • as required Make a mixture of sauces with all-purpose seasoning
  • Use 1/2 quantity for mixing with boiled noodles
  • As required and 1/2 sauce mixture, put into cooked vegetables
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspschewan paste
  • 1 cupboiled noodles
  • For schewan omlette
  • 1egg (whole)
  • 1/2 tspcornflour
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspchicken masala/ curry powder/ garam masala
  • 1 tbspschewan paste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by boiling noodles and cooking rice. It must be cooked till 90 percent. Strain each of them and cool them in fridge.

    Next chop vegetables, grate ginger and chop garlic cloves.
    Next take an iron wok. Heat oil.

    Put garlic. Saute. Put ginger. Saute. Next put green chillies and onion. Saute all together. As it's brownish, add chopped vegetables. Cook, yet keep them crunchy. Add salt, sugar, black pepper and schewan paste.

    Mix well. Now add cooked schewan noodles, cooked rice. Mix all well, but gently.

    DOUBLE schewan fried rice is ready... Let's make it TRIPLE...by making a schewan omlette..

    Take egg, add salt, cornflour, black pepper, chicken masala and schewan paste. Put chopped onion. Whip mix so that it has enough areation. Areation makes omlette fluffy.
    Now take a pan, add oil and heat it. Put omlette mixture and let it cook. Flip and cook the other side too. Schewan omlette is ready..
    Take a serving plate, put double schewan fried rice and upon that place the hot hot schewan omlette... OUR TRIPLE SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE IS READY...

    Serve hot hot...it goes well with chicken manchurian (gravy style)/ veg manchurian gravy style.

    For cooked noodles
    Take a wok, add oil and heat it. Add garlic, green chilli, chopped vegetables. Salt, black pepper and cook vegetables. They must be crunchy. Next add sauce mixture, mix and add schewan paste. Mix all well.

    Now take noodles (has salt, so adjust salt as required in every step), add sauce mixture and coat the noodles well. Add this noodles into cooked vegetables.

    Mix well. Stir fry at medium flame. Let it be on on flame for some time. Schewan stir fried noodles is ready.
