Ingredients

2 servings
  • 400 ml●Water
  • 2 tsp●Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 tsp●Soy sauce
  • 1 dash●Salt
  • 1 dash●Pepper
  • 1Egg
  • For the katakuriko slurry:
  • 2 tspKatakuriko
  • 2 tspWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the ● ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the katakuriko slurry.

  3. 3

    Return the pot to heat. Once the soup has thickened, pour in the beaten egg and you're finished.
