Ingredients: 500 g Spirals Pasta; 1/3 C Olive Oil; 1 big brown onion - finely chopped; 2 tbsp minced garlic; 5 (more) bird eyed chillies - halved & crushed; 1 C frozen mix veggies (corn, carrot & peas); 4 cans small tuna flakes - plain or in olive oil; 2 tsp - Chicken seasoning powder or chicken or chicken bouillon; 1/4-1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder/ground pepper; As needed - Mixed Herbs (see pic); 👉🏻 Adjust chillies to your liking; 👉🏻 chicken seasoning powder is used to replace chicken stock; 👉🏻 Add extra corn kernel from the can for that extra sweetness; 👉🏻 Corn kernel helps to balance the spiciness from ē chillies

Steps

Prepare all ingredients. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Reserve 1/4-1/3 c pasta liquid.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Sauté garlic, onion and chillies for a minute or until onion is translucent. Next, add mixed-veggies. Stir to mix everything well. Add tuna flakes and seasonings (chicken seasoning powder & pepper powder). Stir well for another minute.

Next, Stir in pasta. Add the reserved liquid if your pasta is too dry. Mix well. Add pinches of mixed herbs & adjust seasonings accordingly. Serve warm.
