This is one of sought after Appetizer!
I make it with different kinds of Savoury Biscuits.
In India I generally make with Monaco Biscuits but here I found Jacob's Crispbreads a kind of Savoury Biscuit, so I tried in this when I had a small party at home. It vanished in few seconds time.
I make simple kind of toppings ...you can even make it in Tuna or Chicken.

12Jacob's Crispbread or Monaco Biscuit
12 sliceCheddar Cheese Or any cheese slice
1Onion finely chopped
12Cherry Tomato slices or any big tomato finely chopped
1-2Chillies chopped (optional)
12Cilantro leaves (only the leaf part)

4-5Gherkins chopped

Prepare ingredients as listed above. Top the Crispbreads with all the ingredients as seen in the picture and serve.

You can top as per your liking, and skip the chilli if you want but the chilli goes so well with it
