My Marinated Kimchi Chicken and Sweet Pepper Sandwich

Cut the chicken breast add 1 tbls Kimchi paste mix in then add the Sweet Pepper, and Black cracked Peppercorn. marinate in fridge for 2 hours.

Add a little olive oil and stir the chicken and peppers around. Cover with tin foil and add to preheated oven 160°C for 30 minutes.

Take out take the foil off add back to the oven for 5 minutes. Take out and make your sandwich

Cut and butter the baget then add Spinach and wild rocket

Next add the chicken and sweet peppers. And add the sauce and tomatoes to the top sandwich

Add the top baget to the bottom make the sandwich and cut in half and serve.
