I love veggies. So I decided to try the regular liver sauce with a twist😉
Steps

Bring liver to a boil in a cup of water then strain and rinse so as to get rid of odor

Place back in pot add seasoning, spices, salt, garlic, onions and ginger and cook.

Chop into desired sizes and set aside

Put a clean pan on fire add vegetable oil and sauté chopped onions and garlic
- 5
Add the freshly chopped tomatoes and fry for about 2 minutes

Add tomato purée, and stir continuously for about 3 minutes

Add chopped liver, seasoning,spices and salt to taste stir for about a minute
- 8
Add in chopped veggies and stir on low heat for about 1 minute and remove from heat
- 9
Serve with any dish of your choice.
