Soak red beans &flat Beans 30minutes
-soak tangarine peel until soft then throw way the white skin inside tangarine peel
-peels & cut the lotus root kezdu roots& carrots
-soak the dry scallop - 2
Boil the water after boiling add in the kedzu roots boil for 2minute take out.
-then put to boil for 1minute the Pork ribs
-boil the water after boiling add in all the ingredients cook with medium flame for 30minutes then small flames🔥 cook for 2hours add salt - 3
Ready to serve
