Shock your taste buds with Shabu-shabu, Thai hotpot dish of thinly sliced fish and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. ( you can use meat, seafood, chicken etc.) Fantastic for the wintertime.

Shock your taste buds with Shabu-shabu, Thai hotpot dish of thinly sliced fish and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. ( you can use meat, seafood, chicken etc.) Fantastic for the wintertime.
Steps

Prepare Fish fillet, sliced, bok choy, spinach, celery and udon (follow your choices)

Hotpot, boiled water with lemongrass, coriander root, white radish add soy sauce and black pepper. Leave it boiled with low heat.

How to serve it❗️Put udon into the bowl. Blanch the vegetables and put on it.

Blanch the fish in hotpot. Put in the bowl. Pour the soup, sprinkle with celery and spring onion. Serve with dipping sauce.

The Dipping ; Pound chillies, garlic cloves, coriander root together then add lime and fish sauce sprinkle with coriander leaves. (must be spicy, sour and salty a little bit)
