Steps

Roast cumin seeds in a pan over medium heat till it's turn dark red. Let it cool down then grind in mixer jar to make fine powder.

Keep aside 1 tbsp sugar powder for coating.
Now take a bowl and combine remaining sugar powder (I.e. 8 Tbsp or 1/2 cup), cumin powder, amchur powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well. - 3
Now take a little amount of this mixture in your hand. Make small balls. Coat with sugar powder. Place Jeera Goli on a paper and keep in sunlight for at least 1 & 1/2 hours.

Store in an airtight bottle.

Jeera Goli is eaten after meals as it work wonders with digestive disorders.
