  • Fresh, deveined prawns
  • Butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Ginger
  • Red chilli
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Devein your prawns and marinate overnight in garlic, ginger, red chilli, and thyme.

  2. 2

    Heat a large pan with butter

  3. 3

    Fry the prawns till pink

  4. 4

    Season will salt, pepper, olive oil and fresh herbs for delicious eating
