Cinnamon Spiced, dry fruit pualo is a variation to one of the many pulao recipes. The aromatic spices along with dry fruits give this pulao an amazing flavour. It is makes a great accompaniment with palak dal, paneer gravies and dum aloo. One can enjoy this as a one pot meal with papad, raita and green chutney.

In a cooker heat 1 tbspn oil. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now add the whole spices.. Cinnamon Stick

Black Pepper Corns - 2
Add chopped onions. And Saute until golden brown.

Now add dry fruits and Kashmiri Red chilli powder and Garam Masala powder. Mix well.

Add the soaked basmati rice and salt. Mix well and put 2 cups water.

Close the cooker and let it cook on a high for 2 whistles. Let it cool down and then open the lid.

Cinnamon spiced, dry fruit pualo is ready to be Served.
