Steps
- 1
Soak the dried popcorns in oil and mix them well with salt.
- 2
Put them on a spacious pan to allow them pop out well, cover the pan and heat on low for about 3-5 minutes as you shake the pan in between the minutes to allow the corns to pop out evenly.
- 3
Remove from heat and let them cool.
- 4
In a different pan put sugar to melt and brown on medium heat until it thins down. Add butter, lemon juice/vanilla essence and stir well. Add the popped corns in the melted sugar and mix well until all get incorporated well in the melted sugar. All the corns should incorporate the browned sugar.
- 5
Remove from heat and serve with any drink you desire and enjoy.
