This is my favorite childhood Recipe. Once in a week my mom used to prpare for her children. Now I am prepring for my children and grind children.................They loved it
Cooking Instructions

Combine 2 ripe banana and mashed the banana. Add all the crushed dry fruits, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix................well. Then add 4 tbsp wheat flour. Again mix...............well

No need of adding water. Add 1 tsp oil and knead a smooth dough. Once it is done. Keep aside for 2 minutes. From the dough make finger shape. Keep aside.

Heat ghee in a kadai. Once the ghee is hot..........shallow fry it till it is light brown in colour and crispy. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and garnish with crushed dry fruits.

Ready to serve.................hot................ripe banana fingers............or you can dip in sugar syrup also.
