Put kadai on flame, Heat Deshi ghee and put wheat flour.

Keep the flame low. Stir it continuously till it turns to golden brown in colour as it will take twelve to fifteen minutes approx.

Keep it aside for cooling down then add chopped dry fruits, sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix it well.

By using your palms, make small Laddoos.

Keep it in airtight zar and serve to your guests and let your children to relish it too.

This can be stored for longer period,for fifteen days and even more.
