2sweet corn
Halfhead garlic,minced
Thumb size ginger minced
12 piecesshrimps
2 tbspcooking oil
1little bit water
1 tspsugar
1 tbspcooking wine
1 tspsoy

Steps

Boil the corn for 15 mins then cut into thin pieces.Then wash and trim the shrimps.

In heated pan add oil and stir fry garlic and ginger then add the corrn and shrimp.Pour just a little water,soy,sugar,wine and mix well.Cook until shrimp are done.
