After much trial and error, I finally succeeded!

Make sure you evaporate the moisture from the okara.

If you are not adding skim milk, kinako powder or cinnamon sugar, increase the amount of flour to 80 g! Recipe by Jugojugo

Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsFresh okara
  2. 50 gramsCake flour
  3. 2 tspSugar
  4. 1 tbspSkim milk
  5. 1 tbspKinako
  6. 1/2 tspCinnamon sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything into a plastic bag and rub it from the outside until moist. Roll out the mixture (still in the bag) to a thickness of 2 mm.

  2. 2

    Cut the side of the bag and remove the dough. Slice it into 1-2 cm pieces. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Put the cookies in as soon as you start to heat the oven.

  3. 3

    If you want to add a nice pattern to decorate the surface of the cookies, pierce the surfaces with a fork just like in the top photo.
