Cooking Instructions

Peel the kabocha squash and simmer with water, maple syrup, salt, and powdered kanten until softened.

Blend in a blender. Pour into a container and chill in the fridge.

Combine the boiled adzuki beans with soy milk and maple syrup. Grind in a mortar until your preferred thickness. Serve with the kabocha squash cubes.
