  • 1 cupMilk
  • Halfcup castor sugar
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 2 tspVanilla essence
  • 2.3 tbscooking oil
  • Toppings (optional)
  • Honey
  • Nuts
  • Cream
  • Dates

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with whisker.heat up small frying pan add oil in it

  2. 2

    Take a deep medium spoon. Pour some batter in pan on low flame.cook for 3.4 mins.flip down and cook.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with honey and nuts and fruits of your choice and cream
