This is our family's staple recipe.
Do not add the vegetable oil all at once. It will cause the mixture to separate.
If you are using the egg beater, add all the ingredients except the oil (use half of the vinegar as well), add the oil little by little. When the mixture starts to thicken, add the remaining vinegar and mix well. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Take the egg out of the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature. Add the ★ ingredients in a bowl and beat with a whisk until thickened.

When the egg is mixed well, add vegetable oil a little at a time, by pouring in a thin thread. Beat the mixture really well.

While mixing, add a few drops of vinegar and mix well. Add vegetable oil and mix even more. Repeat a couple of times.

When the mixture becomes thick and opaque, add the sugar and mix well. Use the freshest eggs possible.
