I thought of this recipe because I really love vinegar. I really like the depth of the taste in "Jukumi-su" brand vinegar.
It was refreshing and delicious and family loved it. Even people who usually don't like vinegar said they could enjoy this dish.

Adding just one secret ingredient to the marinade changes the dish entirely. Recipe by Kakigori

Ingredients

  1. 100 grams◆Coarsely chopped pork (thin)
  2. 1/4 tsp◆ Kombu tea
  3. 1/2 tsp◆Dashi soy sauce
  4. 1/2 tbsp◆Rice vinegar
  5. 1 tspVegetable oil (for stir frying)
  6. 1 tsp●Rice vinegar
  7. 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 1 tbsp●Sesame seeds
  9. 3shakes ● Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the pork into suitable sizes. Ready the ingredients labeled ◆.

  2. 2

    Marinate the pork in the mixture of ◆ ingredients and rub in. Leave for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    During this time, prepare the ● ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add the vegetable oil and the ingredients from Step 2 to the pan and heat.

  5. 5

    Add the ● ingredients and stir (let the moisture evaporate).

  6. 6

    Put on a plate and serve. I really enjoyed the rich taste of the "Jukumi" vinegar.
