Steps

In a pan add oil, red whole chilli, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cardemom and cook for a while.

Now add onion slices, whole cumin and fry.then add ginger galic paste and fry.

In a low flame, add beef, coriander powder, soy sauce, turmeric, salt, hot sauce, green chilies, vinegar, tomato and steam 20-25 min
- 4
When oil appears on top the dish is ready to serve.

Dish out and enjoy!
