#SPICEWEEK6_it's a perfect side dish of Odia menu. We can add lots of vegetables in it , but I use only drumstick and one potato.

Steps

Cut drumsticks in two pieces, peel and cut potato into slices.

Grind jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies and garlic to a fine paste.

Take oil in a kadai add Hing and Kadi patta gradually add drumstick and potato fry for 3 to 4 minutes with small amount of salt after that add mustard paste haldi and red chilli powder add sugar and salt.Add small amount of water, cover the lid cook in low flame still water evaporates. You have to totally dry out the water,goes well with dal chawal.
