Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gramsChicken breasts
  2. 300 gramsCabbage
  3. 1※Salt and pepper
  4. 1 tbsp※Sake
  5. 2 tbsp※Katakuriko
  6. 1 tsp※Grated garlic
  7. 1 tbsp*Honey
  8. 1 tbsp*Mirin
  9. 1 tbsp*Sake
  10. 2 tbsp*Soy sauce
  11. 1/2 tbsp*Oyster sauce
  12. 1 tsp*Grated garlic
  13. 1/2 tbsp*Sesame oil
  14. 1 tbsp*Toasted white sesame seeds
  15. 1 1/2 tbspSesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin from the chicken breasts, and slice diagonally. Rub in the ※ ingredients and marinate for about 30 minutes.

    Combine the * ingredients.

    Roughly chop the cabbage.

  4. 4

    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry your chicken from Step 1 until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add the cabbage.

  6. 6

    When the cabbage is coated with the oil, swirl in the * mixture and mix well. All done.
