Pick all the dirt and stones in the rice if there is....

Wash and soak it overnight or for some hours

Wash it add the cooked white rice and the diced onions(optional)...

Blend all together with little amount of water till smooth

Add active yeast

Keep it in a warm place and allow it to rise for some time...

Add baking powder and pinch of salt and mix...the thickness will be like yoghurt drink thick...

Heat the masa pan(Tanda) on low heat and spoon some oil in each section..add the masa batter in each section and allow it to cook..turn it to the other side and allow it to cook too till golden colour.

Serve with groundnut soup, pumpkin soup, peppersoup,sugar or honey..etc
