This is an item I created by combining things that go well together because I wanted a perfect dinner for when guests came over. This is my go-to dish now. I really like this salmon steak.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Salmon filets
  2. 1 largeclove Garlic
  3. 1 tbsp+ 1-2 tablespoons White wine
  4. 1 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  5. 1Herb salt or high quality salt
  6. 1Black pepper
  7. For the sauce:
  8. 6♦Olives (coarsely minced)
  9. 2 tbsp♦Dill (minced)
  10. 2 tbsp♦Grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes (5 mm diced)
  11. 1 1/2 tbsp♦Lemon juice
  12. 2 tsp♦Extra virgin olive oil
  13. 1/3 tsp♦ Salt
  14. 1 dash♦Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Pour 1 tablespoon of white wine over the salmon and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Combine the ♦ ingredients to make the sauce.

    Wipe off the moisture from the salmon and season with the herb salt and black pepper. Remove the stem from the garlic and mince. Add together with the oil to a frying pan.

    Once the garlic has become fragrant, add the salmon, and brown both sides. Add 1-2 tablespoons of white wine, cover with a lid, and steam cook.

    Once the salmon has cooked, place on a serving dish, and top with the sauce to complete. Serve with any side dish you like and enjoy with some wine.
