5 ozCanned salmon drained and flaked
1 1/2 cupDry breadcrumbs
2 tbspMinced onion
1 tbspDijon mustard
1Egg beat lightly
1 tspLemon juice
1Salt and pepper
1 tbspOlive oil
sauce
1/4 cupSour cream
1 tbspDill
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1as needed Sea salt

PATTIES: Mix salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, Dijon, egg and lemon.
Form into patties.
Fry over olive oil.
About 4 mins each side

SAUCE: mix sour cream, dill, garlic and sea salt.
Serve with patties.
