Steps

Take a wok, add oil, add mustard seeds, let it splutter, add urad dal, asafoetida, green chilies, red chili, curry leaves, and garlic cloves saute for a min.

Add the thinly chopped beetroots to it. Mix well and cover with a steam releasing lid for 10mins.
(Stir in intervals) - 3
Add coriander powder & salt and mix well. cover for more 2-3mins and done.

Garnish with grated coconut and mix well.
Serve with dal-rice combo or with phulkas.
