Egg Rajma Salad Recipe is a wonderfully yummy and healthy salad for breakfast. Add some onions, cucumber, and tomatoes for the texture and crunch. There is a wonderful zing to the salad with the addition of lemon juice and chaat masala. A drizzle of olive oil and boiled eggs add charm to this dish. Rajma help in lowering cholesterol is also good for diabetics and helps in boosting energy. Eggs are always good to the source of protein.

Ingredients

3 people
  1. 5boiled eggs
  2. 1 cupboiled rajma or red kidney beans
  3. 1/4 cupblack gram boiled
  4. 1onion diced
  5. 1tomato diced
  6. 1cucumber diced
  7. 1 tspblack salt
  8. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  9. 1/2 tspolive oil
  10. 1 tspchat Masala
  11. 1/2 tsplemon juice

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients except eggs, pepper powder, lemon juice in a bowl and mix together. Pre-boil the eggs and cut them into two halves.

    Before serving add the boiled eggs and sprinkle pepper powder, lemon juice, and Serve immediately.
