I figured adding skim milk powder to cooked kuromame not only creates a mild taste, but adds more calcium. Just a little bit of salt will change the taste.

Only use a very small pinch of salt.
Use as much skim milk powder as you like. Recipe by Mikki-an

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Cooked kuromame
  2. 1Skim milk powder
  3. 1very small pinch, (to taste) Salt (I recommend large-crystal natural salt)
  4. 1sprinkle, (to taste) Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the kuromame in a dish.

  2. 2

Top with the skim milk powder and sprinkle with a very small pinch of salt. I used large-crystal natural salt (Maldon salt). It changes the flavor and is delicious.

  3. 3

And it's complete. If you like, top with cinnamon, which is also tasty.

  4. 4

Sweetly simmered black beans with matcha green tea are also delicious.
