Daikon Radish Curry that's Simple & Deep Flavor

I had a lot of daikon and I got tired of using them in salad and simmers, so I thought of this.

I wrote minced meat, but offcuts and sliced block meat is also delicious.
I always use "Yokohama Hakurai Curry Flakes." Unlike regular curry powder it already has a lot of spices, so you can make delicious curry simply. Recipe by Ryoutanman mama

Steps

  1. 1

Cut the daikon into 1 cm cubes. Grate the garlic, ginger, carrots, and onions. It's a pain washing them, so I grate them together.
