Quick and Easy Bento Easy Green Pepper with Bonito Flakes

I had extra green peppers and I wanted cook something easy with them.
I used to cut green pepper to my liking and I didn't use sesame oil.
I changed the recipe because I found that cutting into thinner sticks and adding sesame oil made this dish more flavourful.
For those who don't like green peppers. Cook them well and mix with seasoning. It will remove the smell and will be easy to eat. Recipe by emakatu

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the seeds from the green pepper, cut diagonally into thin strips, and dip briefly in boiling water. When the colour turns bright green, take them out. Mix with the seasonings and done.
- 2
Thinner slices absorb the flavor better. In my experience, the green pepper smell isn't absorbed by other side dishes in the bento.

Simple Tasty and Spicy Konnyaku for Bento Simple Tasty and Spicy Konnyaku for Bento
Konnyaku is cheap! I always buy it...It is sweet and spicy, so it goes well together with rice and sake . It gets really spicy if you add in a whole chili pepper, half a pepper might suffice. You can also omit the red pepper and use ichimi or shichimi chili powder instead .The sesame will stick to the konnyaku when cooking if there is water remaining, so it is a good idea to squeeze out the water with a paper towel.
