  1. 12 ozpork shoulder
  2. 2 1/2 ozgreen bell pepper
  3. 2 2/3 ozcanned pineapple slices
  4. 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. 4 tablespoonsketchup
  6. 2 teaspoonswhite vinegar
  7. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  9. 2 1/2 teaspoonscornstarch
  10. 2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  11. 3/4 cupwater (200 ml)

    Wash the pork shoulder (12 oz) and pat dry with paper towels, then cut into cubes.

    Marinate the pork shoulder with salt (1/2 teaspoon) for 20 minutes.

    Wash the green bell pepper (2 1/2 oz) and slice it.

    Cut the pineapple slices (2 2/3 oz) into pieces.

    In a bowl, mix ketchup (4 tablespoons), white vinegar (2 teaspoons), minced garlic (1 tablespoon), soy sauce (1/2 teaspoon), cornstarch (2 1/2 teaspoons), granulated sugar (2 tablespoons), salt (1/4 teaspoon), and water (3/4 cup) to make the sauce.

    Coat the pork cubes with cornstarch (6 tablespoons).

    Heat oil (about 2 cups) over medium heat.

    Fry the pork cubes in the pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, then remove.
