Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 200 gmmawa
  2. 1/4 cupgulkand
  3. 1/4 cupchopped dry fruits
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 tsprose water

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly roast mawa until mawa aromatic.

  2. 2

    Further add gulkand, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder,rose water mix it well.

  3. 3

    Turn off the gas.

  4. 4

    Now place burfi in greased plate, keep aside for set.

  5. 5

    After set Burfi, cut in square or as per your choice.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy gulkand burfi.
