Marinade your chicken in soy sauce, ginger and chill overnight

Fry chicken for 15 minutes turning occasionally

Boil your egg for 6 minutes and leave in ice water for 4 minutes before peeling

Cook noodles in chicken stock for 4 minutes along with pak choi

Slice chicken, slice spring onion, slice egg, slice pak choi
- 6
Serve with chilli flakes and sesame seeds for garnish
